Common use of Who May Attend and Vote at Meeting Clause in Contracts

Who May Attend and Vote at Meeting. To be entitled to vote at any meeting of Holders of any series, a person shall be a Holder of one or more Securities of such series. The only persons who shall be entitled to be present or to speak at any meeting of Holders of any series shall be the persons entitled to vote at such meeting and their counsel, any representatives of the Trustee and its counsel, any representatives of the Company and its counsel, and any representatives of any Guarantor of such Securities and its counsel. When a determination of Holders entitled to vote at any meeting of Holders has been made as provided in this Section 8.04, such determination shall apply to any adjournment thereof.
