Common use of Whole Agreement; Conflict with Other Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Whole Agreement; Conflict with Other Transaction Documents. (a) This Agreement, the other Transaction Documents and the Confidentiality Agreement contain the whole agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement to the exclusion of any terms implied by Law which may be excluded by contract and supersede any previous written or oral agreement between the Parties in relation to the matters dealt with herein and therein.

(a) This Agreement, the other Transaction Documents and Documents, the Confidentiality Agreement and certain other agreements being entered into by the parties or their Affiliates simultaneously herewith contain the whole agreement between the Parties parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement to the exclusion of any terms implied by Law which may be excluded by contract and supersede any previous written or oral agreement between the Parties parties in relation to the matters dealt with herein and therein.
