Common use of Whole Agreement Clause in Contracts

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, including without limitation any prior Change of Control Agreement between Employee and the Company, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and (or portion thereof) concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this AgreementAgreement (including but not limited to Sections 7 and 8 of the Offer Letter and Exhibit A attached thereto), and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

No agreements, representations representations, or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express expressed or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof, except as set forth in the employment offer letter from the Company to the Employee dated [DATE]. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement. No agreements, representations or understandings (whether oral or written and whether express or implied) which are not expressly set forth in this Agreement have been made or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement supersedes any agreement of the same title and and/or concerning similar subject matter dated prior to the date of this Agreement, and by execution of this Agreement both parties agree that any such predecessor agreement agreements shall be deemed null and void.

Whole Agreement.
