Common use of Whole Agreement Clause in Contracts

Whole Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties as to the subject matter hereof and no agreement, representation or warranties between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof other than those set out herein are binding on the parties save and except for the provision of the clause relating to the variation of the charges and terms.

Whole Agreement. 32.3.1 This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement Agreement between the parties as to the subject matter hereof and no agreement, representation representations, or warranties between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof other than those set out herein are binding on the parties save and except for the provision of the clause relating to the variation of the charges and termsparties.

Whole Agreement. This Agreement constitutes contains the whole agreement between the parties as Parties relating to the subject matter hereof of this Agreement at Signing, to the exclusion of any terms implied by law which may be excluded by contract, and no agreement, representation supersedes any previous written or warranties oral agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof other than those set out herein are binding on the parties save and except for the provision of the clause relating Parties in relation to the variation of the charges and termsmatters dealt with in this Agreement.

Whole Agreement. This The parties acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes contains the whole of the agreement between the parties as to the subject matter hereof herein contained. This Agreement supersedes all other agreements, commitments, representations and no agreement, representation or warranties between the parties regarding relating to the subject matter hereof other than those set out herein are binding on which may have been made by the parties save and except for the provision of the clause relating either orally or in writing prior to the variation of the charges and termsdate hereof.
