Whole Loan Transfers; Agency Transfers or Pass-Through Transfers. Seller and Purchaser agree that with respect to some or all of the Mortgage Loans, upon written notice to Seller at least eleven (11) days prior to the first Due Period of such Whole Loan Transfer, Agency Transfer or Pass Through-Transfer, provided Purchaser provides to Seller all information included on Exhibit K hereto with such notice, Purchaser may effect either one or more Whole Loan Transfers, and/or one or more Pass-Through Transfers.
