Common use of Whole of Government Commitments Clause in Contracts

The parties agree that certain matters that apply to employees covered by this agreement will be preserved and incorporated as terms of this agreement and contained within Schedule 2 of this agreement. The matters contained within Schedule 2, as amended time to time by the agreement of the parties will apply to employees covered by this agreement.
