WHOLESALER owns all rights, title, and interest to any aggregated data not identifiable as arising from this Contract and any other intellectual property created for or presented to MMCAP Infuse. WHOLESALER grants to MMCAP Infuse an unlimited, non-revocable, non-transferable, fully paid, perpetual license, to use all intellectual property created for or presented to MMCAP Infuse under this Contract.
