If a new Threatened, Endangered, or Sensitive (TES) species is listed or discovered, or a nesting TES species is found within 0.25 miles of project activities, a limited operating period appropriate for the TES species will be implemented for the effected subdivisions based on the recommendation by a qualified Wildlife or Fisheries Biologist.
