Wilful Default by DBCT Management. If a Delay is caused by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx by DBCT Management, the User: (a) is relieved to that extent of any corresponding payment obligations under clause 4; (b) may terminate this Agreement pursuant to clause 14.3; and (c) may sue DBCT Management for damages for breach of contract.
