Wilmorite Release. On not less than five (5) Business Days written notice from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, the Borrower may request a release of IMI Walleye LLC and Walleye Investments LLC as Subsidiary Guarantors, and such release shall occur on the date requested by the Borrower (such date, the “Wilmorite Release Date”) provided that the following conditions are satisfied:
