WINDING UP AFFAIRS OF TRUST. At the termination of this trust, trustee shall wind up the affairs of the trust before distribution, paying for all administrative costs and for preparation of the final tax return. The trustee shall have the sole discretion to claim any tax deductions useful to reduce the taxation of the living trust. After winding up the trust, the trustee shall distribute the remainder, if any, as provided above.
