Common use of Winding up in view of major redemptions Clause in Contracts

Winding up in view of major redemptions. In the event the Management Company is of the view that the quantum of redemption requests that have built up shall result in the Fund being run down to an unmanageable level or it is of the view that the sell-off of assets is likely to result in a significant loss in value for the Unit Holder(s) who are not redeeming, it may announce winding up of the Fund. In such an event, the queue system, if already invoked, shall cease to apply and all Unit Holder(s) shall be paid after selling the assets and determining the final Redemption (Repurchase) Price. However, interim distributions of the proceeds may be made if the Management Company finds it feasible.
