WINDOW CLEANING. Tenant shall will not clean, clean nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Demised Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the New York State Labor Law, Law or any other Requirement, applicable law or of the rules Rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board Board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.. Landlord shall clean the exterior windows periodically

Tenant shall will not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned cleaned, from the outside outside, in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, Law or any other Requirement, applicable law or of the rules Rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdictionjurisdiction over the Building.

WINDOW CLEANING. Landlord shall clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the outside windows of the Premises no less than four (4) times per year.

WINDOW CLEANING. Tenant shall will not clean, clean nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or applicable Legal Requirements of any other board or body Legal Authority having or asserting jurisdictionjurisdiction over the Building and/or the Premises. Landlord shall clean the exterior surfaces of the outside windows of the Premises no less than three (3) times per year.

WINDOW CLEANING. Tenant shall will not clean, clean nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises demised premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the New York State Labor Law, Law or any other Requirement, applicable law or of the rules Rules of the Board of Standards Standards, and Appeals, or of any other board Board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

Tenant shall will not clean, clean nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or applicable Legal Requirements of any other board or body Legal Authority having or asserting jurisdictionjurisdiction over the Building and/or the Premises. WINDOW CLEANING. Tenant shall till not clean, clan nor require, permit, suffer suffer, or allow any window in the Disclosed Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, Law or any other Requirement, applicable law or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or Rules of any other board Board or body having or asserting jurisdictionjurisdiction hereof.

WINDOW CLEANING. Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned cleaned, from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirementapplicable law, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction. Landlord shall, at Landlord's sole cost and expense, clean the exterior of the windows of the Premises in accordance with the provisions Exhibit 2.

Tenant shall not clean, clean nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, law (or its successor or any law of similar import), any other Requirement, applicable law or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appealsany agency, or of any other bureau, board or other body having or asserting jurisdiction.

WINDOW CLEANING. Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned cleaned, from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirementapplicable law, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction. Landlord agrees not to put UV coating on Tenant's exterior windows during the Term.
