WINDOW/DOOR LOCKS. 6.1.The Tenant/s agree that throughout the duration of the Tenancy they will regularly inspect and check that all window and door locks are in a good and operable working order to adequately to secure the premises. In the event that any window or door locks are found to be inadequate or the Tenant/s consider any other matter potentially dangerous they will promptly notify Denovans Real Estate by phone

WINDOW/DOOR LOCKS. 6.1.The Tenant/s agree that throughout the duration of the Tenancy they will regularly inspect and check that all window and door locks are in a good and operable working order to adequately to secure the premises. In the event that any window or door locks are found to be inadequate or the Tenant/s consider any other matter potentially dangerous they will promptly notify Denovans Real Estate by phone (00) 0000 0000 and in writing. General faults and other maintenance are to be reported in writing via email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. Emergency repairs as per Clauses 31 to 33 of the standard terms of the General Tenancy Agreement.
WINDOW/DOOR LOCKS. Resident acknowledges that the main entry doors to the Premises are equipped with deadbolt locks, and that all non-exempt windows in the Premises designed to be opened are equipped with window locking devices and has checked deadbolt and window locks and found all deadbolts and window locks to be operational and in good condition. Resident agrees that neither Resident nor any member of Resident’s household will remove, substitute or replace the deadbolt locks and/or window locking devices. Resident agrees to immediately advise Management if any deadbolt lock or window locking device is removed or becomes inoperable.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda.
