WINDOW IDENTIFICATION SIGNS. Each Tenant will be allowed one window sign placed either to the left or the right of the entrance door, whichever provides the best visibility. Company names, logos or symbols will be allowed in this area-color and size to be determined by the Tenant. All other copy in this area except for logos or symbols will be white vinyl pressure sensitive letters. Copy must start at 5’ from grade, working down to no more than 3 1/2’ from grade. Sign layout including copy, sizes and color must be approved by the building management. Management reserves the right to deny any copy or color it considers unsuitable. One security decal only may be applied to the front door glass in the lower corner if the Tenant so desires. All exterior alarm bells are to be mounted to the rear of the building only.
