Common use of Window Treatments Clause in Contracts

Window Treatments. Tenant shall not place anything against or near glass partitions or doors or windows which may appear unsightly from outside the Premises. Tenant shall be held responsible for any damage to the glass coating within the Premises. If Landlord objects in writing to any curtains, blinds, shades, screens or hanging plants or other similar objects attached to or used in connection with any window or door of the Premises, or placed on any windowsill, which are visible from the exterior of the Premises, Tenant shall immediately discontinue such use.
