Wireless Attachment Fees. Separate from the “make ready” costs, Company shall pay City an annual fee per Pole, including all ancillary equipment for each City Pole to which Company installs an Attachment thereto, which shall be set forth in Ordinance No. 5849, as may be amended from time to time. The annual Attachment Fee for Wireless Attachments located on a City Utility Pole is Two Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars and 00/100 ($225.00) per pole and Wireless Attachments located on a City Light Pole is Two Hundred Five Dollars and 00/100 ($205.00) per pole, except as otherwise may be provided by law. City shall invoice Company on an annual basis in December for the subsequent year’s annual pole Attachment Fee. These initial rates shall be adjusted annually in accordance with the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U): All City average, unadjusted, as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, during the twelve (12) month period of the preceding year.
