The Wireless Service clause defines the terms and conditions under which wireless communication services are provided to the user. Wireless Service. Except as otherwise noted in Section 3.2.3.5, the following terms only apply to the provision of Wireless Service sold and provided by Verizon Wireless:

Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Equipment, Software and Service use, and require, industry standard cellular wireless communications services to communicate with vehicles, and therefore, all such vehicles must be within cellular coverage to communicate. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that The Company is not the underlying wireless carrier and that The Company may contract with various wireless carriers from time to time to provide such wireless service. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE, OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE, RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY MISTAKES, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS IN THE RECEIPT, TRANSMISSION OR STORAGE OF ANY MESSAGES, SIGNALS OR INFORMATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR USE OF ANY UNDERLYING CARRIER'S WIRELESS NETWORK. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT COMPANY CANNOT GUARANTY THE SECURITY OF WIRELESS TRANSMISSIONS, AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LACK OF SECURITY RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES. THE SERVICE IS FOR CUSTOMER’S USE ONLY AND CUSTOMER MAY NOT RESELL THE SERVICE TO ANY OTHER PARTY.
Wireless Service. Wireless communication service, including voice and data service, provided by T-Mobile utilizing authorized digital frequencies assigned by the Federal Communications Commission and accessed by digital wireless.
Wireless Service. The radio service we provide to enable voice, data and messaging on your Devices.
Wireless Service. GroundCloud Services includes a subscription to a Wireless Service operated by a third party telecommunications service provider to enable the transmission of data collected by the VEDR Hardware to the GroundCloud Services over a Wireless Network. Descartes does not guarantee the uninterrupted working service of the Wireless Service and shall not be liable to Customer or any other person or entity for any damages whatsoever and however caused related to interruption or failure of the Wireless Service. The Subscription Fees include the fees for transmission of data related to, and reasonably foreseeable in connection with the use of, the GroundCloud Services as subscribed to under this Agreement only. In addition to the above, Customer acknowledges that the additional terms of Attachment “B” under the heading “Wireless Service” shall also apply to use of the Wireless Service under this Agreement.
Wireless Service. VENTEK’s Wireless Service product shall include at no extra cost to SUBSCRIBER all Technical Support work required to maintain APS digital cellular connectivity connections for the term of this Agreement.
Wireless Service. Gigabair will endeavor to complete the survey within two days of you signing the contract, subject to the availability of your representative to provide the necessary access. Gigabair staff will make every effort to attend your premises at the time agreed. You will be told of any unavoidable delay immediately by the Installation Manager and, if necessary, alternative arrangements made. Gigabair will provide you with supporting documentation to assist you in obtaining the Wayleaves or Consents.
