Wiring of Controllers. On the protest registered over the pre-wiring of controllers, the Manufacturers agreed that the pre-wiring of cross connections on controllers would be discontinued and in the future, auxiliary panels would go out without any leads for any wiring on them. The Manufacturers further agreed that there would be no objection to a local removing the wiring, and replacing it, until the situation is corrected.
