Common use of Wisconsin Addendum Clause in Contracts

Wisconsin Addendum. No. 1: The language in paragraph 1 “Confidentiality” is amended by adding the following at the end of subparagraph 1(b): To the extent the above obligation of non-use and non-disclosure of Confidential Information applies after the termination of my employment and to Confidential Information that does not meet the definition of a trade secret under applicable law, it shall apply only for two years after the termination of my employment and only in geographic areas in which the unauthorized use or disclosure of such Confidential Information would be competitively damaging to the Company. No. 2: The language in paragraph 2 “Non-Competition” is amended by striking the definition of “Responsibilities” and replacing it with the following:
