With Cause. The Company may terminate Employee’s employment under this Agreement at any time for cause effective immediately upon Notice of Termination. In the event the Company terminates this Agreement for cause on the part of Employee, Employee shall receive Base Salary for the period to the date of his termination. Employee shall not be entitled to receive Severance Pay from the Company if his employment is terminated for cause.
