Except as provided in Section 9.05(c), with respect to any Trust Fund formed pursuant to the terms hereof, any provision of this Agreement may be amended by Xxxxxxx Mac and the Trustee, with the written consent of the Holders of Certificates representing not less than 50 percent of the then outstanding principal amount of each Class of Certificates affected by such amendment.
