Common use of With Landlord Consent Clause in Contracts

With Landlord Consent. If Tenant continues, with the knowledge and written consent of Landlord obtained at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Lease Term, to remain in the Demised Premises after the expiration of the Lease Term, and in that event, Tenant shall, by virtue of this agreement become a tenant by the month at Base Monthly Rent which is one and one-half (1½) times the Base Monthly Rent applicable to the last month of the Lease Term, and otherwise subject to the terms, covenants and conditions herein specified, commencing said monthly tenancy with the first day next after the end of the Lease Term.
