With reference to s. 12.29 the members of the AAC will determine whether or not they agree with the University Librarian’s determination regarding the nature of the proposed assignment. If the AAC and the University Librarian do not agree on whether the assignment is substantial or not, the AAC and the University Librarian will meet to discuss the issue and come to consensus.
