Withdrawal and Return of Capital. A. No Partner may withdraw any portion of the capital of the Partnership and no Partner shall be entitled to the return of that Partner's contribution to the capital of the Partnership except upon dissolution of the Partnership. B. No Partner shall be entitled to demand the distribution of Partnership property other than cash as part of the return of that Partner's capital account on dissolution. C. No Partner shall have a priority over any other Partner as to the return of his capital account upon the dissolution of the Partnership.
