Common use of Withdrawal by a Party Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal by a Party. Any Party may withdraw from the Agreement at any time upon thirty (30) Days notice to the Association. The withdrawal of any Party shall not terminate nor have any effect upon the provisions of the Agreement so long as the Association remains composed of at least two (2) Parties.

Withdrawal by a Party. Any Party may withdraw from the Agreement withdraw, at any time time, from this Agreement for any reason, or for no reason at all, upon thirty (30) Days days written notice to the Association. The withdrawal of any Party shall not terminate nor or have any effect upon the provisions of the this Agreement so long as the Association remains composed of at least two (2) PartiesParties are committed to this Agreement. Parties withdrawing from the Association and subsequently requesting a mutual aid resource from an Association member may be subject to reasonable fees for that resource according to the fee schedule established, and periodically reviewed and updated, by the Association Board.
