Withdrawal by Limited Partner. (a) A Limited Partner may not withdraw from the Partnership unless the General Partner shall have previously consented in writing to such withdrawal, the granting or denying of which consent shall be in the General Partner's absolute discretion. A Limited Partner shall be allowed to withdraw as herein provided only upon written notice requesting such withdrawal.
