Withdrawal by you Clause Samples
The 'Withdrawal by you' clause defines the conditions under which a party, typically the client or participant, may withdraw from an agreement or arrangement. This clause outlines the required notice period, any formal steps that must be taken to initiate withdrawal, and may specify any fees or consequences associated with leaving early. For example, it might require written notice 30 days in advance or stipulate that certain payments are non-refundable upon withdrawal. Its core function is to provide a clear, fair process for ending participation, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes between the parties.
