Withdrawal Charge Free Amount Sample Clauses
The "Withdrawal Charge Free Amount" clause defines the portion of funds that can be withdrawn from an account or investment without incurring a withdrawal fee. Typically, this clause specifies a set dollar amount or a percentage of the account balance that may be accessed within a given period, such as annually, without penalty. For example, a retirement account might allow up to 10% of the balance to be withdrawn each year free of charges. The core function of this clause is to provide account holders with some liquidity and flexibility, while still discouraging large or frequent withdrawals that could undermine the long-term investment or savings plan.
