Common use of WITHDRAWAL; DISSOLUTION Clause in Contracts

WITHDRAWAL; DISSOLUTION. The member does not have the right or power to withdraw voluntarily from the Company. Any purported withdrawal shall be ineffective, shall be a breach of this Agreement and shall not entitle the member to any distribution from the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing the Company may be dissolved at any time with the approval of the manager.
