WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT DUE TO CANCELLATION OF ELECTION. Political Subdivision may withdraw from this Contract and the Joint Election should it cancel its election in accordance with Sections 2.051 - 2.053 of the Texas Election Code. The Political Subdivision is fully liable for any expenses incurred by San Xxxxxxxx County on behalf of the Political Subdivision. Any monies deposited with the County by the withdrawing authority shall be refunded, minus the aforementioned expenses and administrative fee if applicable.
