Common use of Withdrawal from Registration Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal from Registration. The Company shall have the right to terminate or withdraw any registration initiated by it under this Section 2(b) prior to the effective date of such Registration Statement, whether or not any Piggyback Eligible Holder has elected to include Registrable Securities in such Registration Statement, without prejudice, however, to the right of the Holders immediately to request that such registration be effected as a registration under Section 2(a) to the extent permitted thereunder and subject to the terms set forth therein. The Registration Expenses of such withdrawn registration shall be borne by the Company in accordance with Section 5 hereof.

Withdrawal from Registration. The Company shall promptly give notice of the withdrawal or termination of any registration to each Piggyback Eligible Holder who has elected to participate in such registration. The Registration Expenses of such withdrawn or terminated registration shall be borne by the Company in accordance with Section 5 hereof.

The Registration Expenses of such withdrawn registration shall be borne by the Company in accordance with Section 5 hereof.
