WITHDRAWAL FROM THE ARRANGEMENT. 15 The Arrangement will continue in force in the Jurisdiction of a Participating Party subject to being terminated by that Party. A Party wishing to withdraw from the Arrangement should give notice in writing to the other Participating Parties not less than 12 months before the proposed date of withdrawal, advising them of the reasons for the Party’s decision to terminate its Participation in the Arrangement.
