Common use of Withdrawal from WRCOG Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal from WRCOG. It is fully anticipated that each party hereto shall participate in WRCOG until the purposes set forth in this Agreement are accomplished. The withdrawal of any party, either voluntary or involuntary, unless otherwise provided by the General Assembly or Executive Committee, shall be conditioned as follows: a. In the case of a voluntary withdrawal following a properly noticed public hearing, written notice shall be given to WRCOG, six months prior to the effective date of withdrawal;. b. Withdrawal shall not relieve the party of its proportionate share of any debts or other liabilities incurred by WRCOG prior to the effective date of the party’s notice of withdrawal in a manner consist with Article V, above;. c. Unless otherwise provided by a unanimous vote of the Executive Committee, withdrawal shall result in the forfeiture of that party's rights and claims relating to distribution of property and funds upon termination of WRCOG as set forth in Section VII below;. d. Withdrawal from any Implementation Agreement shall not be deemed withdrawal from membership in WRCOG.
