Common use of Withdrawal of All General Partners Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of All General Partners. If, following the Withdrawal of a General Partner, there is no remaining General Partner, the Investment Limited Partner and the Special Limited Partner may elect to reconstitute the Partnership and continue the business of the Partnership for the balance of the term specified in Section 2.4 by selecting a successor General Partner. If the Investment Limited Partner and the Special Limited Partner elect to reconstitute the Partnership pursuant to this Section 7.3 and admit the designated successor General Partner, the relationship among the then Partners shall be governed by this Agreement.

Withdrawal of All General Partners. If, following the Withdrawal withdrawal of a General Partner, there is no remaining General Partner, the Investment Limited Partner and the Special Limited Partner may elect to reconstitute the Partnership and continue the business of the Partnership for the balance of the term specified in Section 2.4 by selecting a successor General Partner. If the Investment Limited Partner and the Special Limited Partner elect to reconstitute the Partnership pursuant to this Section 7.3 and admit the designated successor General Partner, the relationship among the then Partners shall be governed by this Agreement.

If the Investment Limited Partner and the Special Limited Partner elect to reconstitute the Partnership pursuant to this Section 7.3 and admit the designated successor General Partner, the relationship among the then Partners shall be governed by this Agreement.
