Withdrawal of Assets from Eligible Securities Depository. If the Fund or its authorized representative determines that a custody arrangement with an Eligible Securities Depository no longer meets the requirements of Rule 17f-7(a), the Fund or its Investment Adviser shall Instruct the Custodian to remove the Fund's Assets from the Depository as soon as reasonably practicable.
