Common use of Withdrawal of Capital Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Capital. No Partner will be entitled to withdraw any part of his/her capital contribution to the Partnership, or receive any distributions from the Partnership, except as provided in this Agreement. No Partner will be entitled to demand or receive any property from the Partnership other than cash, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Withdrawal of Capital.
