Withdrawal of Capital. No Member will have the right to withdraw capital from the Company or to receive or demand distributions (except as contemplated under Section 4.1(b) and except as to distributions to which it is entitled under ARTICLE VI) or return of its Capital Contributions until the Company is dissolved in accordance with this Agreement and applicable provisions of the Act. No Member will be entitled to demand or receive any interest on its Capital Contributions.
