Withdrawal of Certain Filings. As soon as practicable following a termination of this Agreement for any reason, but in no event less than [*] days after such termination, BioMarin and Merck Serono shall, to the extent practicable, withdraw all filings, applications and other submissions relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement filed or submitted by or on behalf of such Party, any Governmental Body or other Person.
