Common use of Withdrawal of Initial Limited Partner Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Initial Limited Partner. Immediately following the admission of the Limited Partners to the Partnership pursuant to Section 2.8, the Initial Limited Partner shall (i) receive a return of its original capital contribution, if any, (ii) withdraw as a partner of the Partnership, and (iii) have no further right, interest or obligation of any kind whatsoever as a partner in the Partnership.

Withdrawal of Initial Limited Partner. Immediately following Upon the admission of the one or more Limited Partners to the Partnership pursuant to Section 2.8on the date of the hereof, the Initial Limited Partner shall (ia) receive a return of its original capital contribution, if anyany amounts contributed by the Initial Limited Partner to the Partnership, (iib) withdraw as a partner the Initial Limited Partner of the Partnership, Partnership and (iiic) have no further right, interest interest, liability or obligation of any kind whatsoever as a partner Partner in the Partnership.

Immediately following Upon the admission of the one or more Limited Partners to the Partnership pursuant to Section 2.8at the Closing, the Initial Limited Partner shall (ia) receive a return of its original any capital contribution, if any, (ii) withdraw as a partner of contribution made by the Initial Limited Partner to the Partnership, (b) be deemed to have withdrawn as the Initial Limited Partner of the Partnership and (iiic) have no further right, interest or obligation of any kind whatsoever as a partner Partner in the Partnership.

Immediately following Upon the admission of the one or more additional Limited Partners to the Partnership pursuant to Section 2.8Partnership, the Initial Limited Partner shall (ia) receive a return of its original any capital contribution, if any, (ii) withdraw as a partner of contribution made by it to the Partnership, (b) Withdraw as the Initial Limited Partner of the Partnership and (iiic) have no further right, interest or obligation of any kind whatsoever as a partner Partner in the Partnership; provided, that the effective date of such Withdrawal shall be deemed as between the parties hereto to be February 9, 2015.
