Common use of Withdrawal of Initial Limited Partner Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Initial Limited Partner. Upon the date the first Limited Partner is admitted to the Partnership in accordance with Article 10 of this Agreement, the Initial Limited Partner shall withdraw from the Partnership, and thereupon his Capital Contribution shall be returned and his Partnership Interest shall be reallocated to the Limited Partners.

Withdrawal of Initial Limited Partner.
