Common use of Withdrawal of Investment Earnings Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Investment Earnings. On each Payment Date during the Prefunding Period and on the Payment Date following the Prefunding Termination Date, the Indenture Trustee shall withdraw from the Prefunding Account and deposit in the Collection Account for distribution on such Payment Date in accordance with Section 3.4 hereof, the net investment earnings from funds on deposit in the Prefunding Account since the prior Payment Date or the Closing Date, as applicable.
