WITHDRAWAL OF LEA STUDENT FROM PROGRAM. CONTRACTOR shall immediately report, by telephone and e-mail, to the LEA Representative responsible for overseeing nonpublic schools and nonpublic agencies, and any other required representative from the California Department of Education, when a LEA student is withdrawn from school and/or services. CONTRACTOR shall confirm such telephone call in writing via e-mail or other written notification to the LEA Director of Special Education and submit to the LEA and the Department of Education, if required, within five (5) business days of the withdrawal.
