WITHDRAWAL OF LEA STUDENT FROM PROGRAM. CONTRACTOR shall immediately report, by telephone, to the Nonpublic Services Department when a LEA student is withdrawn from school and/or services. CONTRACTOR shall confirm such telephone call on LEA approved forms and submit within five (5) business days as specified in the Nonpublic Services Department Procedural Handbook. CONTRACTOR shall assist XXX to verify and clear potential dropouts three times per year, as required by the 2001 Elementary and Secondary Education Act (No Child Left Behind; NCLB), as documentation of graduation rate is one of the indicators of Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP).
