Withdrawal of Piggyback Registration by Company. If, at any time after giving written notice of its intention to register any securities in a Piggyback Registration but prior to the effective date of the related Registration Statement, the Company shall determine for any reason not to register such securities, the Company shall give notice of such determination to each Holder and, thereupon, shall be relieved of its obligation to register any Registrable Securities in connection with such Piggyback Registration. All best efforts obligations of the Company pursuant to Section 6.4 shall cease if the Company determines to terminate prior to such effective date any registration where Registrable Securities are being registered pursuant to this Section 6.1.
