Withdrawal of Product. This product or any variant/plan under the product may be withdrawn at Our option subject to prior approval of IRDAI or due to a change in regulations. In such a case We shall provide an option to migrate to Our other suitable retail products as available with Us and We shall also notify You of any such change at least 3 months prior to the date from which such withdrawal shall come into effect.
