Withdrawal of Registrations. In the case of an offering initiated by the Company as a primary offering on its behalf, nothing contained herein shall prohibit the Company from determining, at any time, not to file a registration statement or, if filed, to withdraw such registration or terminate or abandon the offering related thereto, without prejudice, however, to the rights of the Stockholders to immediately request a registration pursuant to Section 2 hereof.
