Withdrawal of Reserve Draw Amount. If the Reserve Draw Amount --------------------------------- for any Transfer Date is greater than zero, the Trustee, acting in accordance with the instructions of the Servicer, shall withdraw from the Reserve Account an amount equal to the lesser of (x) such Reserve Draw Amount and (y) the Available Reserve Account Amount as of such Transfer Date, and shall deposit such amount into the Finance Charge Account, and such amount shall be included in Class A Available Funds for such Transfer Date.
