Common use of WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENT FROM PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENT FROM PROGRAM. CONTRACTOR shall immediately report electronically and in writing to the LEA within five (5) business days when an LEA student is withdrawn without prior notice from school and/or services, including student’s change of residence to a residence outside of LEA service boundaries, and student’s discharge against professional advice from a NPS/RTC.

CONTRACTOR shall immediately report electronically and electronically, in writing writing, or by telephone, to the LEA within five (5) 5 business days days, when an a LEA student is withdrawn without prior notice from school and/or services, services or including student’s change of residence to a residence outside of LEA service boundaries, and boundaries and/or student’s discharge against professional advice from a NonPublic School/Residential Treatment Center (NPS/RTC) which has not been specified in the IEP. CONTRACTOR shall confirm such telephone call in writing and submit within five (5) days to the LEA.
