Withdrawal of the Initial Limited Partner. Immediately following the execution of this Agreement, the Initial Limited Partner shall (a) receive a return of any Capital Contribution made by the Initial Limited Partner to the Partnership, (b) withdraw as the Initial Limited Partner of the Partnership, and (c) have no further right, interest or obligation of any kind whatsoever as a Partner in the Partnership.
